### Wat DonoLink doet

DonoLink bouwt een persoonlijke donatiepagina op https://donolink.nl/u/gebruikersnaam. Het is meer dan een pagina met losse betaallinks: de donateur kiest op DonoLink een bedrag, naam, bericht en betaalmethode; Stripe verwerkt de betaling op het gekoppelde creatoraccount; DonoLink werkt daarna het dashboard, de donatiegeschiedenis en live streamalerts bij.

De creator stelt onder meer profiel, banner, accentkleur, snelkeuzebedragen, minimumdonatie, maximale berichtlengte, betaalmethodes en paginataal in. Dezelfde pagina kan via een link of persoonlijke QR-code worden gedeeld.

### Hoe een donatie werkt

1. De creator maakt een gratis DonoLink-account en kiest een gebruikersnaam.
2. De creator richt de donatiepagina in en koppelt Stripe voor betalingen en uitbetalingen.
3. De kijker opent de persoonlijke link, kiest bedrag en betaalmethode en betaalt zonder DonoLink-account.
4. De betaling verschijnt in de donatiegeschiedenis en kan direct een OBS- of Streamlabs-alert activeren.
5. Beschikbaarheid, verificatie, reserves en bankverwerking worden door Stripe bepaald.

### Verschil met een algemene betaallinkpagina

Een algemene donation page builder of link-in-bio-pagina verzamelt vaak externe betaallinks, walletadressen of bankgegevens en verwerkt de donatie zelf niet. DonoLink is gebouwd rond de volledige streamdonatieflow: een Stripe-checkout, donatiehistorie, statistieken en realtime alerts en overlays. DonoLink is geen crypto-walletaggregator, membershipplatform of webshop.

### What DonoLink does

DonoLink builds a personal donation page at https://donolink.nl/u/username. It is more than a list of external payment links: donors choose an amount, name, message and payment method on DonoLink; Stripe processes the payment on the connected creator account; DonoLink then updates the dashboard, donation history and live stream alerts.

Creators can configure their profile, banner, accent colour, preset amounts, minimum donation, maximum message length, payment methods and page language. The same page can be shared as a link or personal QR code.

- Dutch and Belgian creators who want to offer iDEAL and Bancontact alongside cards and wallets.

### How a donation works

1. The creator opens a free DonoLink account and chooses a username.
2. The creator configures the donation page and connects Stripe for payments and payouts.
3. A viewer opens the personal link, chooses an amount and payment method and pays without a DonoLink account.
4. The payment appears in the donation history and can immediately trigger an OBS or Streamlabs alert.
5. Availability, verification, reserves and bank processing are determined by Stripe.

### How it differs from a general payment-link page

A general donation page builder or link-in-bio page often collects external payment links, wallet addresses or bank details without processing the donation itself. DonoLink is built around the complete stream-donation flow: a Stripe checkout, donation history, statistics, and real-time alerts and overlays. DonoLink is not a crypto-wallet aggregator, membership platform or online store.
