Frequently asked questions
What exactly do I earn?
25% of the DonoLink fee on every donation to a creator who signed up through your link. With the standard 3.5% fee, a €100 donation earns you €0.88.
Do my friends pay more?
No. Their fee stays 3.5%. DonoLink pays your share out of its own fee.
How long do I earn?
3 months per creator, counted from the moment they sign up through your link. Bring someone else later and a new period starts for that creator.
How do I get my commission?
Your positive commission is processed daily through your connected Stripe account from €1. Smaller amounts carry over. Bank arrival depends on Stripe and your bank. If you earned money last week, you receive a weekly earnings email. Your dashboard shows what is outstanding and what has been transferred to Stripe.
