Accepting Kick donations: set up donations on your Kick channel

Kick has its own subscription model, while a direct donation link lets viewers support you with a one-off amount. The external page can offer iDEAL to Dutch viewers and works alongside your Kick income.

Why use your own donation link on Kick?

You control the page, suggested amounts, payment methods and alerts. It also gives multistreamers one consistent link across Kick, Twitch, YouTube and their social profiles.

Step 1: create your donation page

Choose a matching username, add your channel branding and connect the payout account. Test the page on a phone before publishing it.

Step 2: add the link to your Kick channel

Put it in your bio or channel description and create a chat command. Use a descriptive label so viewers know they are opening an external payment page.

Step 3: add alerts and overlays in OBS

Install the DonoLink browser sources and send a test alert. Because OBS handles the overlay, the same scene setup works regardless of the streaming platform receiving your broadcast.

Step 4: connect Kick for live events

When the Kick integration is available in your dashboard, connect it to turn supported follows, subscriptions or gifts into stream alerts. These events are not direct cash donations and do not count toward donation revenue or goals.

How much do you keep?

Kick subscription revenue and DonoLink donations are separate flows. For donations, compare the gross amount with all transaction costs and the final payout. DonoLink's current rates are listed on the pricing page.
